    3. Mantis Claims Group LLC does not require or direct the use of any specific contractor.

    All decisions regarding the hiring of contractors are made exclusively by the policyholder.

    9. Disclosure of Relationships

    If a contractor or service provider is recommended by Mantis Claims Group LLC, any known relationships between the company and that contractor will be disclosed in writing when appropriate.

    Such disclosures may include, but are not limited to:

    • prior project collaboration

    10. No Financial Interest in Contractors

    11. Policyholder Freedom of Choice

    • the policyholder negotiates repair agreements
    • the policyholder controls repair funds

    Mantis Claims Group LLC does not participate in repair contracts between policyholders and contractors.
